Privacy Statement
This privacy statement tells you what to expect us to do with your personal data.
As this website Lorcana Grimoire is a hobby of ours, we've set up this website to collect as little information on you as we can to make this website work.
Who we are and our contact details?
This website is owned and operated by The GRIMMnoir Bros. You can read more about us here. As we are based in Belgium, the European Union's General Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the processing of your personal data.
If you want to contact us, please do so as explained here.
What personal data we collect, use, and why
First of all, we don't want to collect your data, but sometimes technology or legal requirements push us to do so. When we do collect your information, we'll only do it to make this website work.
If you decide to contact us, we'll receive your contact information and any additional information you decide to share with us in our email accounts, and we'll do our best to respond to you. Your information won't be entered into a database for tracking or marketing.
Our web analytics tool has been configured in such a way that no cookies are used and no identifiers are collected. Our website actually doesn't use any cookies unless they're strictly necessary to provide the service, such as the cross-site request forgery token cookie for security purposes. That's why you didn't get a cookie consent banner and why we don't have a cookie policy.
As we don't advertise elsewhere online (e.g., social media) nor provide advertising space on our website for others, we don't collect nor share your browsing behaviour with online advertising providers. No online advertising cookies, pixel, tags or other tracking technologies.
If we provide a link to a website that is not owned by us, please note that such websites are not owned by us. We are not responsible for how they process your personal data. Their privacy policy applies on their websites, we don't endorse how they work, and we encourage you to read them.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep personal data
We will retain your personal data only for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include: (i) the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide our website's services to you; (ii) whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject; and (iii) whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).
Who we share personal data with
We don't share your personal data with third parties or partners, but the information you decide to share with us will go through the service providers we use to make this website and its features work, including Amazon Web Services and our email service providers. All our service providers are located in the European Union, or we're using their European based data centers.
